Use to love this store because it had a better variety than other Dollar Trees. Not anymore. The place looked ransacked. Empty shelves everywhere. Items thrown all over, no order to it. Open packages thrown about in the midst of stuff as well. Before buying anything I recommend checking it's not broken or missing something.
Experience with employees was not better. Rude and obviously unhappy about being there. Annoyed about being bothered at all.
Wow, Out of the dollar trees, this location is great. There is an amazing selection, and the store is crazy big. The staff were very friendly and the parking lot is big.

This store has gone downhill in the last few years. So many shelves are empty, and those that aren't are messy. It looks like a 3rd world ghetto. I used to enjoy going to this store since it's close to home, but it's now the worst Dollar Tree I've been too. Absolutely disgusting.
The cleanliness of this store is absolutely disgusting. I can under stand messy shelves but it appears they never have swept or cleaned floors. Also the state of the building is falling apart.
I always go to the dollar tree, even though every thing went up to $1.25 each and it really adds up , but it's still the cheapest and great quality in most products. Especially when I'm doing my DIY's.
Haven't been to a Dollar Store for a long time. Had to find crossword books for a friend. Went to the one by Coastal & Winco on South Lancaster. They need to change the company name to $1.25 Store.
The 2 clerks I talked to were nice but the store was a mess. I asked if they were doing a reset of the shelves & merchandise but was told that they were just restocking the empty areas that sold out. Really?

Just the entrance alone looks like it's not a welcoming place to enter. Then see the attached photo. It was sitting on an end cap of all misc stuff. Like an employee was stalking shelves and this was a misc drop off shelf. Who knows. There was so so many bugs swarming that container of food. Clearly no one is doing shelves during the day or evening. Disgusting!! Also, check expiration dates. I brought up 5 things of expired items to the checker.
It's very frustrating when so many shelves are half to empty on items that are not essential. I don't know if it's because of less employees or people are sick. It's been an ongoing issue.
What's sad is, many ppl rely on going here for items they can get cheaper vs same item at a regular boxed store maybe twice or 3x higher. Can't find those items now😔.
One other thing. Before the pandemic, there's never been enough checkers.
Evening before Thanksgiving and only 1 open register.
This place os always filthy with poor customer service and managed.
